SHIPPING POLICY

1. Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation
• Orders placed after 2 PM are processed next business day
• Prescription eyewear requires additional processing time

2. Shipping Coverage

We ship across India using verified courier partners integrated with Shopify logistics.

3. Delivery Timelines

• Frames (non-prescription): 3–5 business days
• Prescription eyewear: 5–10 business days
• Remote areas: additional 2–4 days

4. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all orders across India
• No hidden or additional courier charges

5. Order Tracking

Tracking details are shared via SMS/email once shipped.

6. Delivery Attempts & RTO

• Courier will attempt delivery 2–3 times
• Failed delivery → returned to origin (RTO)
• Re-shipping may be charged only in case of:incorrect addresscustomer unavailabilityrefusal to accept order

7. Split Shipments

Orders with multiple items may be shipped separately.

8. Delays & Liability

• Delays may occur due to courier or external conditions
• If shipment is confirmed lost → free replacement or full refund

9. Address Accuracy

Incorrect address leading to delivery failure → customer responsible for re-shipping charges.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Return Eligibility

• Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
• Product must be:unusedundamagedin original packaging with all accessories

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Prescription lenses
• Customized eyewear
• Used or damaged products

3. Damaged / Defective Products

• Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
• Customer must provide:clear images orunboxing video (recommended)

After verification → replacement or full refund provided

4. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges allowed for:sizemodelcolor (subject to stock)
• Prescription products → exchange only for manufacturing defects

5. Return Process

1. Contact support
2. Share order ID + reason
3. Approval → pickup arranged within 2–4 business days

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

6. Return Shipping Charges

• No return courier charges for:damaged productswrong product delivered
• For all other returns → customer may bear return shipping cost

7. Refund Policy

• Refund processed after quality inspection
• Timeline: 5–7 business days

Refund method:

• Prepaid → original payment method
• COD → bank transfer or store credit

8. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued for minor issues at our discretion.

9. Cancellation Policy

• Allowed before dispatch
• After dispatch → treated as return
• Prescription orders cannot be cancelled after processing starts

10. Right to Refuse Returns

Returns may be rejected if:

• product is used
• packaging is missing
• request is beyond return window
